the header menu is not working for public(only work for logged wordpress admins)

I have problems with the header menu on my site.
Im setup the Woodmart with the “Book” Template (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-books/demo/books/).

The website menu works only for registered administrator users, but does not work for the public who do not have a user.

What should I do to make it work correctly? I did not expect that after purchasing the template, it would not fulfill its function.

The filters don’t work either, the menu or the filters don’t react… the site only works with the session started.

Please disable all plugins except these ones:

Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent theme

Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

One of the plugins breaks the Woodmart theme.

I have repaired it by deactivating the plugins one by one.

Now i have other problem: The Joinchat plugin it’s not working now.Only work for the admins.
I open another topic to resolve that.
