The html block is not maintained when turning pages in the categories.

In the categories I have set a HTML block for SEO but when I turn the page it changes everything.

In general the “Extra description” is shown on the first page only. But if you want to show it on all pages, copy the woodmart_get_extra_description_category function in your functions.php file in the child theme and remove this piece of code – https://prnt.sc/Wo1oxOJLTOXW. That function is situated in inc/integrations/woocommerce/functions.php
