bzzxzzParticipantAlright, I’ll restate it again:
Images are not displaying, category logos are not displaying, best-selling products are not displaying, recommended products are not displaying, and recently viewed products are not displaying, etc.
I’ve marked them again — I hope you can see them!!!November 14, 2025 at 9:06 am #695973
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
It is an issue with third party plugins, Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,

bzzxzzParticipantAfter troubleshooting, I found that the issue was caused by **WoodMart Images Optimizer**. I have now disabled the plugin.
The key point is that I downloaded it from the **official WoodMart plugins panel**, so it should theoretically be compatible with the theme, right?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,

bzzxzzParticipantRegarding the issue with **WoodMart Images Optimizer**, I hope you can provide me with a clear explanation,
because I downloaded it **from your official website, in the recommended download section of your theme’s plugin page**.November 16, 2025 at 1:27 am #696239
bzzxzzParticipantAdditional information:
As far as I remember, I had already disabled WoodMart Images Optimizer, and after disabling it, all images were displaying normally.
But now when I check the plugins page again, WoodMart Images Optimizer is activated, and I’m not sure if this was done on your side.November 17, 2025 at 11:25 am #696350
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
The WoodMart Images Optimizer is fully compatible with the theme. I’ve checked your site and adjusted the plugin settings — all images are now displaying correctly. The plugin can remain active, and it will continue to optimize your images without causing any display issues.

bzzxzzParticipantThe problem still exists!!!
The problem still exists!!!I don’t know how else I should explain it — is there something wrong with the way I’m describing it?
In the screenshot, I clearly marked the locations where the images are **not** displaying.
(I also opened the link in incognito mode, and the images still do not appear.)If you **did not** see the missing-image markers, please tell me.
If you **did** see them, then please tell me what I should do to fix this!!!November 17, 2025 at 3:29 pm #696403
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please keep all the plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off so we can check this.
Best Regards,

bzzxzzParticipantI tried disabling all non-theme-recommended plugins, but then the main image on the homepage stopped displaying.
I continued disabling a few more plugins, but the main image still does not show, and the style of my buttons has changed, and I don’t know why.You can check the previous chat history — the plugin I originally identified as causing the issue was WoodMart Images Optimizer. After disabling it, everything was working normally.
Later, it was somehow activated again, but I did not activate it myself. You told me that you had already fixed the issue, but some images are still not displaying!
(And you did not tell me what settings you changed. I suspect that you re-activated that plugin.)Because your replies take a very long time,
and because we have repeated the same issue many times,
I hope you can fully resolve the problem, instead of partially fixing it or leaving new issues behind. Thank you!!
If any part of my explanation is unclear, please let me know.November 17, 2025 at 7:25 pm #696446
bzzxzzParticipantAdditional information:
The issue now is that **the main banner image on the homepage is not displaying**, and the three carousel images at the bottom of the homepage are also not displaying.
To prevent this problem from affecting user browsing too much, I have enabled a **mirror site**, and I have updated the new link in the private content section.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
The Speed Optimizer plugin is causing the issue on your site. Now I have activated all the plugins on your site except speed optimizer, and all the images are showing fine.
