Recently bought the theme and i get this error while importing Fashion Color prebuilt website: the import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. you need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.
Here is what i have tried:
I have asked my hosting provider to increase low timeout limit on the server, max_input_time was increased to 300 seconds.
I have tried accessing with different browser and by deactivating all plugins and clearing cache.
Also they have changed coden in backend from this thread: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/the-import-could-not-be-completed-due-to-a-low-timeout-limit-on-the-server-10/ and the Dummy content from Woodmart was removed and tried but couldnt import prebuilt website.
After deleting Dummy content from Woodmart it didnt take 1% to fill the bar from the import, stopped and gave me the alert with the error, before deleting dummy content it filled until 60% and gave me the alert.

As we can see, our theme is not installed. Please disable all the plugins and activate WoodMart so we can check this.
