Hello, I tried multiple times to install the prebuilt demo dummy, but everytime I get this error. On the server, we have increased the timeout time, multiple times and that shouldn’t be the problem. Now I read on among the comments that more people have this problem. We have already tried the option to add some code in the php text (see attachment screenshot_3) but it still isn’t working.
We just bought the theme and it’s very frustrating that we can not move forward.
Please solve this problem for us asap. If it is now possible to solve this problem from your side, please let us know, then we will ask you to deactive our licence and make a deposit of our purchase.
