Hi,

I have just purchased your theme, i have tried out in one of my development website, the imports of prebuilt websites works. However, when i try to move do the same on my live server, i get the error

“The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.”

I follow most of the steps in this forum to fix it. but it didnt work.
i disable all other plugins
i set my max_execution_time, max_input_time, max_input_vars even higher than recomended. Still it throws the same error. My website is not a fresh website.

You need to consult with your hosting provider for this since it may vary depending on your infrastructure. We don’t have instructions for this.

You can open Google Chrome developers tools -> Network tab and monitor the import requests. Maybe there are some other limits on your server that are not increased yet.

I just did it manually, by copying from my development server. Now i think im 98% complete.

However i have problem with the product single page for example https://onlinemizoram.com/product/100th-day-of-school-fun-t-shirt/ i don’t know what cause the Payment Mode to show one of my model, that too in a big size.

I would also like to enable guest checkout, which as of now is not possible.

Can you help with this

Ok, i could fix the above, but i have problem with the shop page, the one i imported on my development websites cannot be edited with Elementor, so i could not see the structure.
