senalcParticipantHi,
I have just purchased your theme, i have tried out in one of my development website, the imports of prebuilt websites works. However, when i try to move do the same on my live server, i get the error
“The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.”
I follow most of the steps in this forum to fix it. but it didnt work.
i disable all other plugins
i set my max_execution_time, max_input_time, max_input_vars even higher than recomended. Still it throws the same error. My website is not a fresh website.I have given my site details here. Please help

February 6, 2025 at 10:46 am #635837Hello,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
As we can see, the limit is currently set to 120s. Please increase it to 300s and run the import again https://gyazo.com/421039d4ba6573eda87e6114032fad13
Contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.Kind Regards

senalcParticipantHi,

February 6, 2025 at 12:51 pm #635881You need to consult with your hosting provider for this since it may vary depending on your infrastructure. We don’t have instructions for this.

senalcParticipantHi,
This is a dedicated server, so i manage it. If you could tell me where you check this https://gyazo.com/421039d4ba6573eda87e6114032fad13 maybe i can try and fix it. As of now i have set everything very high, but the problem still persist.Regards,
SenaFebruary 6, 2025 at 3:31 pm #635951You can open Google Chrome developers tools -> Network tab and monitor the import requests. Maybe there are some other limits on your server that are not increased yet.

senalcParticipantHi,
I just did it manually, by copying from my development server. Now i think im 98% complete.
However i have problem with the product single page for example https://onlinemizoram.com/product/100th-day-of-school-fun-t-shirt/ i don’t know what cause the Payment Mode to show one of my model, that too in a big size.
I would also like to enable guest checkout, which as of now is not possible.
Can you help with this
Regards,

senalcParticipantOk, i could fix the above, but i have problem with the shop page, the one i imported on my development websites cannot be edited with Elementor, so i could not see the structure.
February 7, 2025 at 10:21 am #636170You can use the layouts builder to customize the shop page template with Elementor. Read more information in our documentation https://xtemos.com/docs-cat/woocommerce-layouts-builder/?theme=woodmart
