The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds. All values has been adjusted. Please, let me know how i can fix it ?? thank you

You need to increase uploading limits on your server. We suggest you contact your hosting provider for help in this situation or upload the theme via your hosting control panel. Make sure to mention the file size you’re trying to upload so they can increase the upload and execution limits accordingly.

It’s usually due to one of the following reasons:

File Size Limit – Your hosting provider may have an upload size restriction.

Incorrect ZIP File – Make sure you’re uploading the theme ZIP only, not the full package.

Server Timeout – Some servers time out during large uploads.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. If you need help, share the WP admin login details and Cpanel login details of your site so I can check and upload the theme to your site.

we use this way, we try to load a prebuild template but everytime to 80% it stop.

The sharing account allow you to mange all the website not the staging website only. Really strange happen all this.
Afrer 5 days we don’t have fixed nothing.
