I already increase the timeout limit , but when i import the built in template it keep mention “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.”

    Hi there,

Please provide temporary WordPress admin access via the forum’s Private Content field so we can check the import settings and the reported timeout issue.

    Kind regards,

    Hi there,

The current server timeout is set to 2 minutes. Please ask your hosting provider to increase the PHP maximum execution time to at least 5 minutes (300 seconds), then try importing the Retail demo again.

You can see the error here:

    Hi there,

Thanks for the update. However, when we tested the import, the server timeout was still set to 120 seconds, which is not sufficient for this server configuration.

Please ask your hosting provider to increase the PHP maximum execution time to at least 300 seconds. If they are unable to do this, we recommend using a different hosting provider that can meet this requirement.

    Kind regards,

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the update.

It appears that the issue may not be related to the PHP timeout setting. Your server is using LiteSpeed Web Server, and its server-level timeout may still be limiting the import process. Changes made in php.ini may not affect this limit.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check and increase the LiteSpeed Web Server timeout to at least 300 seconds.

    Kind regards,
    XTemos Studio
