The Import demo option does not appear in my WordPress admin panel

I installed Woodmart and the MegaMarket prebuild, however the site is not formatted as in the demo, I tried to add CSS but it appeared that there was an error when editing. The option to import demo does not appear on the WordPress panel, I tried deleting the Woodmart theme and re-importing the ZIP file, I tried importing other prebuilds and they are all like that, they show the information in text and not as in the demo

Hello,

In order to upload the demo content, all the plugins related to the theme should be installed and activated. Navigate to WoodMart > Pre Built Websites and the demo: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/installation-process/

If the demo is not working. Please try to deactivate the third party plugins and import the demo again.

Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already it will conflict with your existing posts and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

If the issue remains, try to Increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.

If the issue still remains, share the valid wp login details of your site and tell us which demo you want to import so I will check and import the demo on your site.
