zxsrrParticipantThe imported website is different from the demo. The checkout page doesn’t display the additional payment methods I set. There are also some misalignments.
Hello. This is my first time purchasing a theme from you.I’m not a website technician; I’m an end customer.
I don’t know much about WordPress, which is why I bought a ready-made theme.
Previously, I bought MinimogWP, and after importing it into my website, some parts were different from the demo. The technicians always asked me for the administrator account and password to fix it.
But your technicians only told me the general problem. I can’t handle the simple ones.
But for the more complex issues, which I don’t understand, I’ve already provided the administrator account. I still haven’t received a fix. Here’s my post:
https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/about-the-website-logo/#post-721432 What you can fix in a few minutes might take me a whole day, and I might not even be able to fix it.
If your theme imported exactly like the demo, without any misalignments or display issues,
I probably wouldn’t have asked for your help.
If I ultimately can’t resolve the website problem, I’d like to request a refund for this theme.
June 13, 2026 at 9:02 am #721450Hello,
I’m sorry to hear about your frustration.
Regarding the issues you mentioned, the payment methods problem has already been checked and resolved on your website.
See Screenshot for clarification: https://monosnap.ai/file/FrXoglkhZkqx5jlxe2Uiwr8kqjorjB
Regarding the differences between the demo and your imported website, could you please provide some screenshots highlighting the specific issues you are experiencing? This will help us identify exactly what is different on your site.
Once we can see the specific areas that differ from the demo, we will be happy to investigate them further and advise on the appropriate solution.
Best Regards

zxsrrParticipantThank you.
I apologize for what I said earlier.
My English isn’t very good, and these questions were beyond my capabilities.
Sorry. I have two more questions:
1. On the cart page, the demo page, the “or” option isn’t displayed.
I know this is because if the cart page is open and payment is available, the payment method will be displayed.
However, even when I turn off payment display on the cart, there’s still an empty space with an extra “or”.
Unlike the demo, where turning off payment only shows “Checkout”.
I only get the space and “or” to disappear when I disable the PayPal plugin.
2. I found that even if I turn off payment display on all pages in Woocomm—PayPal settings, I can’t control the payment display on the checkout page. But it still shows up. The cart page still reserves a space and “or” for the disabled payment method.
Before contacting you, I tried everything I could, but I still couldn’t solve it.
Thank you.

01. Please edit the cart page and define the classic
[woocommerce_cart]shortcode, then it will show like the demo.02. Kindly ensure PayPal is fully disabled in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments, clear cache, and test again.
