The issue regarding the Post ID rule in Settings presets.
-
I created a new preset called “My account” in Woodmart > Theme settings > Settings presets > Add a new preset.
The condition is set to “Post ID; Equals,” but I cannot find my “My account” page in the input box. I have confirmed that it exists and is published, and its post ID is 33.
Previously, when creating rules, I could choose static pages, but now I can only select product pages. What is the reason for this?
Hello,
Try to use such a condition – https://prnt.sc/rYmbk_bwn1aw
Let me know the result.
Kind Regards
Although this is effective, it doesn’t fundamentally solve the problem.
Other static pages still cannot be set correctly.
As we can see, you can set them but they are loaded for too long. Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme so we can check it?
I have disabled all plugins, so you can now troubleshoot the issue.
I also noticed that I can’t select any static pages in the rules—only the “Product” page is available for selection.
We have fixed this issue on your website. We will also include this fix in our next theme update.
Kind Regards
So, for the next theme update, I just need to perform the update as usual, right? I don’t need to revert the changes you made on my website before updating, do I?
In other words, the modifications you made on my website won’t conflict with the normal theme updates, right?
Yes, you just update the theme as usual and the problem will be fixed. There will not be any confilcts.
Okay, thank you very much.
The issue is resolved!
