The layout of some sections on homepage showing cluttered in Arabic version

The layout of some sections on homepage showing cluttered although looking fine when switched to English. Since it is responsive on the English, it should be responsive on arabic as well. Or doesnt your theme support arabic?

The translation plugin I am using has nothing to do with the layout. With all other themes the Arabic version has a fine layout
