The link you followed has expired

Hi, that is actually the first thing I tried. After I click Install, it thinks for about 30 seconds, then I get the following message:

The link you followed has expired.

Please try again.

Actually, this issue mostly occurs because of the maximum upload Size Limit on the Site from the server end. It is usually by default set to 1 or 2MB, so please ask your Hosting Provider to increase your Max Upload Size limit.
