The login section in the top bar is not working and cannot input username and pw

Hello, the login section in the top bar is not working and cannot input username and pw. Once typed in user name, it wont show and once click on the password field it will reload the page. Could you please advise, thanks!

okok, but once i disable this CSS, the footer will appear some line like this, may I know how can we remove those lines?

These lines also added by your CSS code. Try to remove all the Custom CSS and test how it works.
