    Hi, I had my web ready to launch and it was ok, but when I launched it the background’s menu disappear. I don’t know what happened. I send a screenshot of the problem.

    The menu doesn’t appear, I send another picture if you see the words underlined in blue are because they are selected but the back strip is not appearing to give the contrast and to show the menus. Before launching the page the strip was red but I don’t know what happened and it no longer appears.

    I saw the screenshot you attached. Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    .whb-color-light .navigation-style-default .item-level-0.current-menu-item>a {
    	color: red;
    }
    .whb-color-light .wd-tools-element>a {
    	color: red;
    }

    I did that and it was terrible, now my website lost the icons and the background of the footer. When I erased the code the site continue wrong. I send a new image, please help me fix it.

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    The issue is not caused by the CSS I provided you with.

    Please try to fix the issue by reading our detailed documentation in the following link:

    If the problem still continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    You haven’t added the CSS code I provided that’s why the menu is not displaying.

    Please make sure that you have added the code correctly then check back.

    Hi, I inlcude the css but the background menu continue without color, the letter changes to red. I deleted the new css and the footer background and the icons such as wisklist, compare products and shopping cart disappear, I’m sending picture where I show that the background should be red.

    Hi, I already enabled access, please try again. Last weekend I restored my web when it was working but I tried to change somethings and now the footer background, icons, the WPL flag don’t see.

    Hello, I give access to you, try again, please.

    This is a summary of my problems.

    1. The background of my menu, footer, button don’t work. It is red but I can’t see it.
    2. When people click over an image product the site goes to the error page.
    3. I try to create a new product but the platform doesn’t charge the images.

    I had made a backup restoration and the background work for one day, the next day it doesn’t work.

    2 & 3) Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Because the products are WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

    If the problem continues then deactivate all the third-party plugins and tell me with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
