supplytech.infosParticipantI wanted to bring to your attention an issue we’ve encountered with our mobile site. It appears that the arrow category menu is not showing up in the mobile version. This is affecting navigation and could impact the user experience for mobile users.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Make sure that your categories have nested menu items – https://take.ms/1RSIXu , https://take.ms/J7Cmr
Also, as I mentioned above, send me access to the admin panel so I can check the site setting.
Kind Regards

supplytech.infosParticipantHello,
You can check on your demo, as the issue seems to be present there as well. Regarding the categories, I will adjust them according to what is outlined in the theme.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I cannot understand what exactly you want to show in the dropdown of the category of the mobile menu, do you mean to show on the mobile menu this content from the Desktop https://take.ms/ppRIr ?

supplytech.infosParticipantHello,
I contacted you some time ago regarding the issue with the missing arrows in the theme, but I haven’t received any response yet. I am currently online and waiting for your reply.
It’s crucial to resolve this issue quickly. Could you please respond as soon as possible so we can address this problem together?
Additionally, please let me know how I should share the data with you to grant access to my admin panel.
Thank you for your prompt attention.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
That dropdown https://take.ms/D19CX is related to the Desktop area and it’s configured to show only on the Desktop. It cannot be shown on mobile, because such a huge menu will be broken on mobile devices due to low resolutions. So it’s impossible to show the dropdown menu from a Desktop on a mobile dropdown menu.
Kind Regards

supplytech.infosParticipantI only want to display the sub-menus without the full content. I will send you a preview using Elementor that shows the sub-menus with the arrows.
