the Payment method which Is works in another themes not working in the woodmart!

I am using the Bambora payment method created by a third party for TD Bank in Canada, and I am encountering an error in the log!

The plugin is compatible with other WooCommerce themes. Can you please guide me on how to solve this problem? The payment method in Woodmart is disabled, and the user cannot enter the card numbers and details.

Could you please record a video of how it works with the default theme and send us your admin access so we can check it with WoodMart? Please keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off.

Additionally, I am sending you another video where, when I open checkout, I press edit mode, and upon previewing, the plugin starts to work. (All other plugins are deactivated while the video is being recorded.

As we can see, this form doesn’t work when our custom layout for the checkout page is active. Once we disable it, it starts working correctly. It means that this plugin requires some hooks from default checkout or doesn’t load some CSS/JS files. You need to discuss this with plugin’s developers or disable our custom checkout layout in WoodMart -> Layouts. Since this plugin was developed by the bank, it will be a difficult process to request changes to it. This is why it’s better to disable your checkout layout. However, could you please assist me in finding an alternative checkout option? Disabling your checkout layout means we won’t have any checkout forms available at all.

By disabling the checkout layout, you restore the default WooCommerce checkout form. You will get the same form as you shown on the video with the Storefront theme.

I’ve encountered several issues after disabling the WoodMart checkout layouts:

Desktop Layout Issue:
The left-side menu is overlapping with the checkout form, making it partially unreadable.
Edit Functionality Problem:
When attempting to make minor modifications (such as changing size), the entire checkout interface becomes corrupted.
Mobile Compatibility Issue:
The mobile version is completely non-functional – no form fields or information are visible or accessible.

Given these problems, could you recommend an alternative checkout solution that would be:

Compatible with WoodMart
Work seamlessly with our payment gateway plugin
Free from the issues we’re currently experiencing

Please let me know what options are available.
