    Good morning, I have the promotional popup enabled in the theme settings and the content of the HTML Block is an image with a button that redirects to a page with a form.
    When accessing the web, the popup appears and clicking on the button redirects to the form page, but the popup appears again. How can I prevent the popup from appearing twice?

    Hello,

    The popup stops appearing only after you close it. Even if you redirect to the next page we can’t stop it. The user has to click to close it and then it will not be shown again.
