The predefined layouts don’t show the necessary layout

I need to create layout for product archive page and for it I need to use the predefined layout that is on this page: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/demo/fashion/ but when I go to create new layout under predefined layouts this particular layout doesn’t show up, there are similar but they are not the same as the one I need. The same problem is when I need to create single product page layout based on the layout on this page: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/lighting/montes-scelerisque/ but when creating the layout under predefined layouts this one option doesn’t show up.

What do I need to do for it to show up and I could use it?
