    On a new site, I’ve activated the prefooter but it doesn’t display on the front office. The whole site is up to date (Woodmart with patches applied, plugins and WordPress up to date).

    I tested with a text and html block prefooter: nothing appears.

    Hi Luke, take a look at credentials. You can access the website (dev domain).

    It’s disabled via the settings of the page: https://take.ms/9dwL6 , turn on it back and recheck the issue.

    Sorry, I didn’t know it was possible to disable the pre-footer on individual pages.
