the problem of my site

My site has been compromised，when I site my domain:mecolour.com,it appears many other content,and when I click the title url, they will Jump to different URLs and sites;
Also, the sitemap has also been changed, so could you help me check them and delete the sitemap for me? and give me some other remedy.

Removing the Sitemap concern is specifically related to the SEO plugin being used on your Site, not the Theme.
