    I have a problem with variable products, the variation worked well and everything was set up correctly in the card settings too. But there was such a problem, tell me please what could be the reason.

    Tell me what the problem is:
    WoodMart theme provides the option to present variation as the swatches and swatches may be colored/image from the attribute or image of the product variation.

    Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.1.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.36. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue. If this doesn’t work for you then once also, try to activate the Parent Theme on your Site if you are using Child Theme on your Site.

    If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    The problem was in the cache lag, but I don’t understand which script or css is responsible for this. Can you suggest what I would add it to the exclusions?

    If you are using the Cache plugin on your Site, then you might need to look in the respective Plugin settings or ask the Plugin Support to assist with it.

    Further, under the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Performance > CSS and Dashboard > Theme Settings > Performance > JS > enable the Advanced scripts controls > under that you can find Script always load, there are option to Load styles always which you can check out if they are of any help in this regard: https://snipboard.io/jtUK8w.jpg

    The problem remains, you can look with your professional eyes. When the page is not loaded to the end, the list is there – after the page is fully loaded, the list disappears.
    I saw that this problem appears when an arbitrary variation is filled in Russian.

    The problem is caused by the Cyr-To-Lat plugin. What a conflict with him.

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

    If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
