VladislavParticipant1) Hello. I have created a template for the product card. Everything is fine in the PC version, but there are problems in the mobile version.
2) Tell me how to remove the gap between the product card and the tabs belowAttachments:

1. You need to remove the max-height https://monosnap.com/file/2JjR1iJVLnOnB1XF2wMVlR4oTLFjuR
2. The gap appears because of the margin you added to the column https://monosnap.com/file/U5VsXlHVOwOU1mxKlRdBBSB0Jm27rw
Kind Regards

VladislavParticipantThere was a problem during testing. The video does not work on iOS. We tested on the iphone 11 and iphone 16. In safari and chrome browsers. Everything is working correctly on Android

VladislavParticipantTell me please. Which codecs, bitrate, and resolution should I use for maximum performance?
March 14, 2025 at 6:00 pm #645995After reviewing your site in our previous response, we found that the reason the video was not playing on iPhones is that it was encoded with the VP9 codec, which may cause issues on iOS and macOS devices (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/255799224, https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253367260).
Choosing the best video codec is a complex issue that is not directly related to our theme, as video playback depends on the device, operating system, and browser, not the WordPress theme. Unfortunately, we cannot influence this directly. The only recommendation we can provide is to use modern, industry-standard video codecs that do not have widespread compatibility issues on Apple devices. The most popular and reliable option is H.265 (HEVC).
Regarding bitrate and resolution, we cannot provide specific parameters since they depend on multiple factors, such as container width and the devices on which the video needs to be displayed. You will need to experiment with video export settings and test page performance to find the right balance between video quality and loading speed.
Kind Regards
