The Product Grid on Shop Page is fixed with 3. Cannot change it to 4.

Hello,
I tried to change the product grid on the shop page to 4 products in a column in the desktop view but it does not change on the shop page. It is showing only three products in the column on the desktop even when I set 4 products in a column from the backend. I have attached the Screenshot please look over this.. and help me solve this quickly.
Note: For caching I am using only the Redis object cache plugin. And there is no conflict with any other plugin I checked by disabling all plugin one by one. It is something from the theme side. Please have a look.

Your issue has been solved. Actually, you are using the layout for the product archive so the layout settings will apply on the shop page, not the theme settings. I have edited the layout >> and then set the 4 products per row.
