The promo banner background cannot cover the entire image.

    I used your Promo Banner component to decorate my website, but when I send the banner with the Hover Effect as the background, it doesn’t completely cover the background image. How can I fix this? I also found that I can’t set the CSS Animation for the background. How can I resolve this?
