The “Quantity” button does not appear

The quantity button isn’t showing up in the product grid or loop.

I ran all the tests, disabled all the plugins, and it still didn’t work. I also enabled the option to display the quantity in the settings.

I did what was requested in the ticket below as well.

By the way, the “Buy Now” button isn’t showing up on the individual product page either, even though it’s enabled.

01. I checked your website and found that the quantity input is not displayed because the current product hover style does not support it.

WoodMart supports the quantity input on the following product hover styles: Standard button, Quick, Full width button, and List.

Please go to the product style and change the Button/Hover style to “Full width”. The quantity input should then be displayed correctly in the product grid.

02. I have enabled the Buy Now button from Theme Settings > Single Product > Buy Now, and it is showing fine.

Your issue has been resolved. I have changed the product styles from Theme Settings > Product Archive > Product Loop, and the quantity button is now showing in the grid. Please check back your site and check the issue.

But it looks completely different from the original theme you are showcasing on the site and in the preview before importing it for use. Why does the quantity selector with the hover effect work perfectly in the live version and the demo of the “Vegetables” theme? Take a look at the video at the link below.

Importing demo content does not create an identical copy of the live demo website. Our demos contain a large number of pages, images, custom layouts, and configurations, which cannot all be imported exactly as they appear on the demo site. I have also checked this on our test installation.

In the Vegetables demo, the product grid is built using the Loop Item Builder, which is why its product layout and hover behavior differ from the default product loop styles.

To achieve a similar layout, you can either:
Use the Loop Item Builder to create and customize the product loop according to your requirements:

Or navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Product Loop and select a product style that supports the quantity selector.
