    this is actually the third template I bought,but this is the first time that the team ignore my request to help to install. I am afraid to destroy the website with my own installations, and I think the installations shall be the part of the service I can GET from your team.

    the service from your team is really lagging which I don’t believe it will improve in future. the fees of the template is not cheap, how could it be the service so bad? the installation hasn’t fininshed until today.
