The shopping cart page has stopped updating the cart when I change the quantity

It would tell me what could have happened, if it is a configuration issue because it was working normally, now it tries to make the request but does not change the quantity.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
If you see the same problem on a default theme, switch to Basel and deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and check the issue again.
Then activate third parties plugins one by one checking the issue and you will find which plugin causes the problem
