The subcategories are not displayed in the menu of the mobile version

The sub-items of the menu are not shown in the mobile version.

We want a drop-down to appear in the menu of the mobile version with the subcategories. This option should be able to be done by default.

Categories > Subcategories.

How can we do this?

Hello,

The mobile menu does not support mega menu blocks. You need to create a multi-level menu: categories – sub-categories and assign it as a mobile menu in Appearance > Menu.

If you have done that and it does not work, please provide the site main access to the private area I will check the settings.
