Due to a hacking attack, I had to reinstall your theme. Now there are problems with the checkout; the terms and conditions and cancellation checkboxes are not displayed. I tested it with a different theme, and the checkboxes are displayed there.

1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced.
2. Scroll down to the Terms and Conditions Page.
3. Select your Terms and Conditions page from the dropdown.

Now, a checkbox will automatically appear at checkout, requiring customers to agree before placing an order.

Try to disable the custom layout for the checkout page and check the issue. You can do this in Dashboard > WoodMart > Layouts.

you don’t need to tell me that I need to clear the site cache/browser cache! The checkboxes in your screenshots are secondary. What’s important for the ordering process in Germany is the checkbox for the terms and conditions and cancellation policy (see attachment). I hope we find a solution soon!
