    Hello Support,

    I performed the installation process according to the guide you given, but it couldn’t complete properly. The home page looks very broken and it seems there are some error during the installation.

    Please double check the included screenshots for errors. First one is the broken homepage and second one is the AJAX import problem.

    Please contact the host support and ask them to add simplexml_load_file functionality. This prevents uploading the demo and correct site working, as soon as they do that, I will reset all and try again.

    You have incorrect HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly.

    As soon as you configure, you can activate the base version in the Dashboard > WoodMart > Base import.

    Hi

    I have configure the domain name to https.

    Please check the attachment, it still doesn’t show anything!!!! I have also tried to reset the word press, reinstall your theme, import base data, setup version, etc…. Nothing works.

    This is wasting too much of my time.

    Please help! If you need to reset the word press site, please note that you can use the WP-Reset plugin which preserve the admin password and you don’t have to wait for me to reset the password for you. Please check the attachment to see how to reset the wordpress.

    I am terribly sorry for this long process, usually, the theme and demo are installed within few minutes, and when we face such problems, in 100% of cases they are caused by the server configuration. Please contact the host support and asked them to disable security mode and update the credentials I will try again.

    Thanks, I’m not sure what VC Plugin is, but disabling Elementor is not possible, since it is required by Woodmart theme. Still waiting for the team to support. Hopefully they can resolve it soon.

    We found the following error in your website logs Call to undefined function Elementor\mb_strtolower()

    And it looks like mb_strtolower function is disabled on your server. Contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.

    Once you fix this issue, you will get a working website with a dummy content imported. Let me know if you have any further questions.

    I have been able to see the theme installed. But when I checked the slider, it seems they are not working
