The top image disappears during the selected category from the drop-down menu

When i tried to select a category from drop-down menu our title and image header disappear.
Can you help?

Another version of the theme this problem doesn’t happen.

We already disabled plugins and woodmart-child. We have a same problem with Woodmart theme and default plugins.

You have added content to the functional page – shop page http://prntscr.com/mu8ki6

Category templates do not inherit the content of the shop page that is why you do not have the page heading as you have on the shop page as for the other problems, please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and switch to the parent theme and check again.
