mattParticipantHello,
I’m having an issue with the theme where listings do not align as they are different sizes of main images on the front page of the website?
How does this all work and how do I fix it, either by images being uploaded to be at least a certain image size or how does Woodmart work for an upload image section what setting etc?
Could someone please help me?

mattParticipantAlso,
How is the product filter meant to work?
I ask because ti only allows for one selection from there and then it updates results.
What if say the visitor would like to filter/sort results with more than one selection say, category, brand and size and others etc. why does my theme not allow this?
Currently only 1 selection is being made and it then resets on another selection. Is this meant to be/work like this?
Please tell me what I need to do to fix this, plus other filters don’t show after selections on the product filter as a whole, they disappear?
thanks

mattParticipantWhether it’s on mobile or desktop the photos/images don’t align and are all different sizes?
Whats the upload size image limit for woodmart?

mattParticipantHow do I make all product filters say, brand, color, sizes – and everything else – show regardless whether there is an attribute relating to the filter?

Hung PhamKeymasterHi matt,
Thanks for screenshots.
1. Images
It is due to different heights of images. In order to have the same size image, I kindly recommend you prepare images you want before uploading them to your media library using the graphic editor (Photoshop or any other) to have a nice-looking grid or You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
For the Product Archive page, please navigate to Theme Settings > Product archives -> Products styles, here you can enable the
Even product grid for desktop
option to align products if they have different height components.
https://prnt.sc/ASt5z0mmasuzPlease note that this option helps product items to be even, not resizing images.
2. Filters
Your question is a bit unclear to me. Please describe in more details or or your desired goal, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns in a more efficient.

mattParticipantHello,
With the listings on the shop/front page. I need them to all be the same sizes, I think currently they are different image sizes, maybe they are being uploaded under add product? You mention a plugin, what sort do you think or a name of one/what should I look for? Or what if I have it customized as part of the theme? Anything I should know and tell the developer when doing this?
With filter’s.
Say if a filter does not have a product in there. It does not show the filter.
It hides and there is only left with some filters. If you test out my homepage, you will see after clicking different filter attributes.
They hide, sometimes the whole color filter or price or size etc. How do I always have them show regardless, like always display whether anything or nothing is clicked.I hope this all makes sense.
Thanks.
How do i make

Hung PhamKeymasterHi matt,
Unfortunately, there is no such option for both questions by default in our theme. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.

mattParticipantAlso,
Is there a way to have listings expire after or on 6 months once they have been created by the users within woodmart or wordpress?

2. Show sidebar
If you want to disable off-canvas filter, navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Sidebar > disable the option
Off canvas sidebar for mobile

You need to remove this code from Child theme https://prnt.sc/5JJD12TILEqc

mattParticipantShow sidebar,
It removes the mobile filter at the bottom of the page.
I just want the text button ‘show sidebar’ to be hidden but still show the mobile menu at the bottom to show ‘filter’. Is this possible?
Thanks

Hung PhamKeymasterHi matt,
Please add the below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:
.wd-sidebar-hidden-sm div.wd-show-sidebar-btn { display: none; }

mattParticipantWhat about tablet/Ipad devices too, to hide this text ‘show sidebar’?
July 29, 2025 at 7:51 pm #676912
Hung PhamKeymasterHi matt,
You can place this code into Tablet CSS section as well.
