    Hello,

    It seems to be a caching issue. CSS file is still loaded from the previous version. You need to clear all the caches you have on your website.

    Hi there!

    I had the same issue and is not related to cache. Cleared all cache possible and is still broken, like the above coleague.

    I was lucky that I had a backup.

    Sorry for the misunderstnading. We don’t quite get what is wrong with the styling. Anyway, rolling back to the previous version may break other things on your website and we can’t guarantee that it will work without issues.

    OK, thank you for the video. Lets try to figure out what is wrong step by step. In our previous reply, we sent you our WoodMart 7.6 version. Please install it so we can check that the speed is much higher.
    Also, we need you to temporarily disable all plugins not related to our theme. To do this, we highly recommend that you create a staging clone of your website so as not to harm your live website.

    Styling issues may arise because of cache plugin, CDN or by some Custom CSS you added earlier which is no longer compatible with the latest version. Anyway, we will check it too.

    Downgraded and it is back to normal like before without disabling any plugins.
    Result = the upgrade is the main issue.

    But still the admin view is messed up for me

    In general it is slower than before. I think it is because of the upgrade donwgrade process.

    The woodmart core plugin was not downgraded. The current version is 1.1.0, if the woodmart 7.6 has another version of the core plugin please send it.

    You can uninstall the WoodMart core plugin and install it from scratch while using WoodMart 7.6. Then you will get a previous version of the plugin installed.

    Shit is getting worse.
    With version 8 or 7.6 I don’t care, I need it to be normal again.
    You have seen clearly from my previous video that I have disabled all plugins and the issues are still there with version 8.

    In this case, it would be better to create a staging website where we can update the website and disable plugins temporarily to troubleshoot the issue without harm to your live website. Please send us access to your staging and temporarily turn off all plugins.
