the_content error on editing new layouts feature in Woodmart theme

Hello,
When i create custom layout for woocommerce product or product archive it works and when i leave it and come back to edit it again with elementor or even reload page editing layout it displays error.
I receive error that i should call “the_content” for elementor to work.
It gives me this page from elementor to see why it is showing it: https://elementor.com/help/the-content-area-was-not-found-error/?utm_source=editor-panel&utm_medium=wp-dash&utm_campaign=learn
Can you please help with this?

Hello,
Try to go to Settings -> Permalinks and resave them. If it doesn’t help, please, send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong.
