Theme Activation

    I hope you are well.

    I purchased the WoodMart theme last year and previously activated it on another website. I have since deactivated it from that website, as I would like to use the license on a new domain.

    However, when I try to activate the theme on the new website, I receive the error: “The purchase code is invalid.”

    It seems that the license may still be linked to the previous domain. I kindly request that you please reset or remove the existing activation so I can activate the theme on my new website.

    Hello,

    Deactivate the activation via your account on our website and then activate it again in WoodMart -> Theme license.

    That one is not showing on my account on your website.
