THEME ACTIVATION PROBLEM

Hi! I have 2 activated domain and on second domain I’m fully reinstall wordpress with change woodmart theme to last version and clear my database. After clean installation I can’t load base content. My theme is acivated with pushase code, but button Basic or full import “Required” is non active (locked). I’m try clear database – with no result, load base content anyway locked.
Please help! How to solve this problem?

I’m was try remove activation reinstall wordpres ant theme (with new database) ^ remove all activation
But import content is not active! Please help!
