THEME CANNOT BE UPDATE

    Dear, buy the theme license. I try to update it and it is not possible.

    I have read forums and their documented guides, I follow the steps and I cannot update it, it gives an error: Update failed: The package could not be unzipped. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

    I do the steps on this error that they have in support https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    I deactivate the theme and it is activated again automatically.

    and it is not possible to update it.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    If it still doesn’t work, please, send us your admin access so we can check this for you.

    Dear, follow the steps you indicate and it is not possible to update it.

    Please, if you can help us, we would greatly appreciate it.

    I already made a backup copy of the site in WordPress.

    I’ll send you the credentials privately.

    As we can see, the theme is still activated. Note that if you can’t deactivate it then you have a nulled version of the theme installed. In this case, you need to download our theme from ThemeForest and reinstall it completely.

    How would I go about doing what you tell us?

    If I reinstall the entire theme again, would I lose all the work done and start again?
