We are experiencing a hook/rendering conflict between the Woodmart product grid and the YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards Premium plugin.
The YITH loyalty points badge intermittently fails to generate on certain products within the shop grid. The HTML block is entirely missing from the DOM for these items, not just hidden by CSS.
Troubleshooting Completed:
To isolate the issue, we completely disabled all caching (LiteSpeed, Object Cache) and our PPOM/Polylang plugins, but the issue remained.
However, when we temporarily switched our active theme from Woodmart to a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Five), the YITH points immediately appeared flawlessly on every single product in the grid. Re-enabling Woodmart immediately breaks the rendering for specific items again.
Because the plugin works perfectly on a default theme, it appears Woodmart’s custom loop templates, AJAX grid loading, or wrap-price dynamic DOM manipulation is stripping or failing to execute standard WooCommerce hooks (like woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item_title) for certain product configurations.
Could you please advise if there is a specific Woodmart hook we should use or a setting to prevent the theme’s grid engine from skipping these hooked functions?
