theme confliction

hiii

i purchase woodmart theme it not support to file upload field. its not uplaad any file from frontend.
i create a products and add file upload functionality but its not support and upload images and any file.

i use another theme and the functionality work fine with other theme. i use other similar functionality plugins and also those plugins file uploading functionality not working with your theme.

Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

You need to disable AJAX add to cart option in Theme Settings -> Product page since it doesn’t work with 3rd party plugins that add custom fields to the standard WooCommerce add to cart form.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Also, allow us to switch between themes and check how it works.
