Theme does not get updated on two of my domains

I have two domains with two separate license keys however both of them does not get updated and it give me an error of ” bf53cafc-4b09-402e-8ce5-557791557338 ”
Please advise. Should I be sharing my keys here in the content section for you to view the issue?

It was a problem with our server after the firewall configuration. It shouldn’t happen again in the future.
