Neo2021ParticipantHello, I like your theme very much, but I have some problems with it – some page elements are not displayed properly, and I don’t know what the problem is.
1. The icon in the top left corner of the selection bar is not displayed properly, after setting it, it is still not displayed
2. The footer part of the site and the pre-footer above the problem appears underlined, but I did not set it, I do not know how to get rid of
3. The live chat plugin I installed will block the function area at the bottom of the page when it is displayed on the mobile side, is there any way to move it?And what causes these problems? Elementor? Whether WPbakery has higher compatibility than Elementor?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I saw the screenshots you attached.
1) It seems that you are using SVG icons. If your icon is not visible or displayed incorrectly, you need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your
<svg>
tag like it is shown: http://prntscr.com/l897taThen you will need to re-upload your icons in the WordPress Dashboard.
2) Please make sure that you closed all the tags properly in the footer then clear cache and check back.
3) Sorry but it is not possible to change the position of the icon because the styling etc is coming from the Embed code and our theme doesn’t influence it.
Best Regards

Neo2021ParticipantHello, Thanks for your reply.
1. I change the attributes SVG file, but it doesn’t work stil. The picture is attached.2. I don’t know how to remove the extra tag in the footer. I didn’t add any tag in the footer manually. I just use the Elementor to edit my home page. Could you please tell how to deal with it more detailedly? or help me to deal with it?
Best regards.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
1) I have replaced your SVG icon with another and it’s working fine. Which clears that the issue is from your SVG icon. Please try replacing your SVG icon then check back.

2) Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem still occurs then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
Best Regards
