Theme error

I have optimized the website in help of an expert.
He said, the theme calls 3 times same requests, so it reloads 3 times on one call, can you explain me why ? My expert suggests the problem comes from the theme.

Hello,

We tested on our development website but didn’t find any similar requests. Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
