Hello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Regards
when I changed the theme, the problem is solved, so it should be your theme issue
Hello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance
Please, disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme first.

Yes, we see the problem. But we can’t understand why CSS styles are not applied there. As we can see, the CSS files from the plugin are loaded on the page as well as with the default WordPress theme. Could you please kindly ask the developer of the plugin to check from their side and point us in the right direction?
Thank you in advance.
they showed me this before, can you find something useful here

This error is not related to the problem and doesn’t exist now when all plugins are turned off.
