Theme font-weight values override element's settings for headings

Hi,

Why the responsive text element doesn’t override the themes default font weight for headings?

I hope it’s clear.

1. font-weight for H2 in theme settings is set to 900
2. in responsive text element H2 font-weight is set to 700

Result: Frontend shows font-weight 900

This is because the theme default font-weight overrides the other classes.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme.

Then Go to WoodMart >> CSS Generator >> Generate CSS.

Clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then provide some relevant screenshots and the URL of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Actually even worse…after the theme update some SVG icons are not displaying on frontend.

Looks like the problem with SVG gradients resurfaced after the last update…

Could you please send us your admin access and some example SVG icon so we can try to upload it?

In the functions.php a snippet by your support team was added months ago in order for the theme to render SVG with gradients.

I’ve been using Woodmart for years now but maintaining it is a nightmare. Probably because of Visual Composer…

I’ve set the line height in info-boxes to 18px, yet the theme overrides it and puts 24px, NO MATTER WHAT I DO.

I talked with the hosting, I’ve edited the htaccess several times to allow connections, yet after a few hours the value gets removed from htaccess automatically.

All firewalls are now disabled and the htaccess still shows:

Yes, we can log in now. But you have an outdated version of the theme. And Redux Framework is still used on your website. It has to be removed.

Theme is updated to the latest version. Redux is used by other plugins in order to function.

So if Redux is enabled it will conflict with the theme?

also disabling redux and CMB2 didn’t change anything.
