Luke NielsenKeymasterIn general, switching to the default theme should not affect the website. But you can send me access to the staging site and I can make testing there so the live site will not be affected.
Kind Regards

thinktech1ParticipantYes, go ahead.
Staging Site URL: https://buycementonline.com/test/stargazerJuly 25, 2025 at 4:23 pm #676267
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I have tested it on the WooCommerce Storefront theme and there is the same result – https://prnt.sc/mqBUAijF_vfs
So it seems that this issue is not related to the theme. You can recheck the issue on that default theme as well and let me know.
Kind Regards

thinktech1ParticipantThe user roles like Retail, Trader, and Institutional Buyer to show different prices, but the prices in the mini cart (or cart in general) are not showing correctly for these roles.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I have contacted the developers team and they confirmed that our AJAX add to cart functionality is not working with the 3rd party plugins. In this case, I suggest disabling our AJAX add to cart option in Theme Settings and then the plugin’s functionality should work.
Kind Regards

thinktech1ParticipantHello,
It’s Working, but whole mini cart option is disable.
Kindly Guide.July 29, 2025 at 4:29 pm #676890
Luke NielsenKeymasterThe mini cart should be opened when you click on it, in that case, when the Ajax add to cart is disabled.
Send me access to that website where you have applied the above changes so I can check how it works.
Kind Regards

thinktech1ParticipantHello,
I’m using the Woodmart theme with WooCommerce and the Razorpay payment gateway. I’ve also enabled Bank Transfer (BACS) and Check Payments. My goal is to collect the customer’s own bank account details (such as account number, IFSC code) during checkout, so we can use them for refunds or verification if needed.
However, the checkout page does not show any input fields for customers to enter their bank information — even when BACS or Razorpay is selected.
I also noticed that checkout completes and redirects to the success page even though no bank details are entered, which suggests those fields are not part of the default checkout flow.
So before I implement any custom code:
Does the Woodmart theme override or affect default WooCommerce hooks like woocommerce_after_order_notes?
Is there a built-in or recommended way in Woodmart to add custom input fields to the checkout form?
I’d appreciate your guidance on this, as I want to make sure this is not being blocked or hidden by the theme itself.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
I await your response.
Kind Regards,
