Theme icon disappear

I need your help because I have a problem with the theme icon. As you can see from the attached file the icon sometime disappear.

you need to make sure that the “http” or “https” used in the URL must be the same in both “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” from Settings >> General.

If the issue still remains, deactivate the third party plugins on your site and check how it works. If the issue still persists, share the wp logins details so i will check and give you a possible solution.

I have checked the HTTPS setting in Settings >> General, and everything appears to be in order.

On the live site, I am unable to deactivate the plugin because we are live. However, I have created a staging site, and without deactivating the plugin, the icons are displayed correctly.

Therefore, I believe the problem may be related to WP Rocket. I had configure it as per your documentation. I’m unsure why this issue has arisen recently, as it was functioning correctly until a few days ago when the icon problem occurred. Sometimes all the harder disappear until I clear again the cache.

I look forward to your assistance in resolving this matter.

Please confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

Your issue has been resolved. I have deactivated the plugin not related to the theme and the icons are showing fine. Reactivate the plugin one by one to check which one causes the issue.
