    Hi
    Please can you assist me. I purchased the following theme: themeforest-20264492-woodmart-woocommerce-wordpress-theme-wordpress-theme, purchase ID 94d9dfdc-e9ac-4ed1-8ead-f924a38f5a51

    I downloaded the zip file (wordpress only) and then browse for the file on my local computer and then select this and hit the install button on the latest version of wordpress.

    the page times out:

    Hmmm…can’t reach this page
    Try this
    Make sure you’ve got the right web address: http://www.palatinepaints.co.uk

    I have tried this over a dozen times and re downloaded the file. This is very frustrating as the install process looks very simple on the video

    It seems to be a problem with your hosting server. Try to contact your hosting support and ask to resolve this issue.
