Theme Installation

    Hello,

    I have just purchased Basel theme a few minutes ago. Successfully installed it on WP and in the WP admin Panel the theme shows that it is active. But I am not able to see:
    1.) Theme Settings
    2.) Theme Options Panel

    I will appreciate your help in resolving this
