Theme installation failed

Tryed to install the woodmart theme… ( 3 times )
I get this message:
“The archive could not be installed. The theme does not have a style.css file.

Theme installation failed.”

For now I’m trying the Divi Builder

The WoodMart demo is based on WP bakery page builder or Elementor, no other builders are supported.

Please install one of the builders, delete the Divi builder, and try to upload the demo.

Please note: all the plugins not related to the theme, should be deactivated and the parent theme should be active; you need to install either WP bakery builder or Elementor, but not both.

But I’m using the Divi builder and for now, not interested to change that…
It would be soooo appreciated if I can get a refund!
I’m sadly asking because I really like your theme!!!!

Can you tell me how ca we work this out for the refound? 🙂
